Possibility to rent a canopy tent for 120 people
Our property consists of five houses with a total of eighteen bedrooms and eighteen bathrooms to accommodate up to 35 guests with beds and three with sofa beds. There is a 4-star hotel a five-minute walk away where other guests can be accommodated. There are also rental houses a 10-minute walk away, and B&B and rental houses a 5-minute drive away. Prices for renting the entire property depend on the month, length of stay, and for short stays, whether midweek or weekend.

WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES
Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a wedding checklist – Setting priorities – Developing and tracking budget – Vendor recommendations – Vendor management – Wedding favors and accessories – Transportation and child care – Marriage license – General advice and consultation – Unlimited meetings and coordination time – Attendance at vendor meetings when necessary – Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding – Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal – Directing ceremony processional – Coordinating and assisting with setup of the ceremony and reception – Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIPs receive flowers – Acting as point of contact for all vendors – Assisting the family and wedding party and guests as needed – Distributing final payment and gratuities to vendors – Handling any unforeseen hitches

EXCLUSIVE CATERER AND FLORIST FOR THE WEDDING DAY
Caterer: full reception including tables, chairs, tablecloth, cutlery, and glasses. Sample menu and rates of the catering service exclusively for the wedding reception:

Florist: The same company will take care of the decorations and floral design for all the areas of the wedding day (Ceremony, cocktail hour, sit-down meal, dance area). This separate quote also includes, design of all the areas, personal bouquets, stationery, and signage.

SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR YOUR STAY
Pizza Party: The pizza party is a wonderful experience. Pizza is prepared in the venue’s wood-burning oven outside. We serve several kinds of pizzas, focaccia, and sweet pizza as dessert.
One bottle of wine is included for every three guests.
Price 2027: 35 euro + tax 10% per person
Price 2028: 40 euro + tax 10% per person
*price per person slightly higher for party under 40 guests. ** other meals options such as BBQ, Tuscan dinner, light lunch can be organized
Breakfast: Breakfast service is optional for groups under 20 guests and required for groups over 20. We serve cold and hot milk, juices, espresso, American coffee, orange juice, teas, jam, bread, butter, croissant, “valdostana” (traditional tart from Lucca), grain biscotti, yogurt, fresh fruit, honey and cheese, omelet, cold cuts). The food, including cold cuts, croissants, valdostana, and omelets is prepared fresh every morning.
